Welcome to Day Three.

Your quest for health and happiness is rapidly becoming a reality. I congratulate you on your perseverance.

Because you will be limiting yourself to no more than three cigarettes, today you may begin to experience some anxious moments. The easiest and most effective method to help ease the tension is breathing exercises.
